The Puerta de Alcala (“Alcala Gate”) is a monument in the Plaza de la Independencia (“Independence Square”) in Madrid, Spain. It was commissioned by King Carlos III, with construction beginning in 1778.
The Alcazar is a 8th century castle/palace located in Segovia, Spain. Originally built by the moors. and later modified by the Spanish kings.
